For the ingredients used, seems like a lot of experimentation would have to occur to create something edible. Julian pulls off a nice feat making fiber, whey, and sunflower butter taste pretty good. You can find higher carb/sweeter bars elsewhere but for low net carbs, there is no better bat on the market IMO. I personally prefer this sweet cream flavor to the original but both rock.
