I really love the taste of it and it is lower carb. What I also like is it does not have to be refrigerated and has a long shelf life.

The Paleo bars are some of the few bars I can eat due to controlling an autoimmune disease. Customer service and shipping are much better than in the past. My only suggestion would be to have organic egg whites since everything else is organic. My doctor would love this.
