I miss cereal but the carbs, gluten and sugar were too much. I Love this cereal, I mix 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup of the paleo thin granola and add milk. The best cereal I have found that fits gluten free low carb enough for my lifestyle. will continue to buy and keep on hand.
